Hello....

So after a long hiatus, I would like to say that there will be a new update very soon to this blog concerning those who are the subject of said blog. How's that for a tease? ;-)

A Lopez Christmas

So we were very excited this Christmas, because this was the first one that Zanna would be old enough to really open her own presents with next to zero help from anyone else. So with out further ado...

Here is Zanna with Hama and Grandpa opening some clothes from them.

Whilst enjoying Grandpa's company, she helps Grandpa with a smile.

She loves Little People and their accessories!!

And here she is admiring her booty!

Grandma had a nice shirt created by the Lopez Ladies...

Mom got her fair share of cool kitchen gadgetry to further the greatness of her cooking (and Dad's diet)!!

And Not-So-Little-Anymore Miss Poey was very pleased with her take, as you can see with the wry smile, that she knows good stuff is about to happen.

She was very happy to finally get an MP4 player, and though Dad thought this would eliminate his having to hear more teenie bopper music, not he just gets to hear Zo sing it acapella while listening on said player...oh well.

Love this picture. It makes me smile. :-)

So until next Christmas...MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! (Outfit from Grandma...nice one Grandma.)

Some more Christmas Eve Pics...

These are from the Lopez Manor, taken mostly by our little Poey...save for the one of Grandma and Little Sis'. (Note the cameo of Zoey's arm.)

Here we see the pose of cuteness....

Alas, Grandma and Dad are beat, but can't rest now, as the Bubb family has graced us all with there kindness, and gifts!!

Hello Bubb Family!!

Christmas Eve is here again...

So as usual, there were big doings at the lovely home of Mr. & Mrs. Castillo, and for those of you who missed thids year's festivities, I hope you can make next year, as once again the Castillo's did a fantastic job of hosting, and fun was had by all.

Here we see the excitement in 2 of our elder children as Mom and Pearls open a gift that Mom won in the raffle.

Zoey helps Grandma open up a raffle win that is eventually traded for a non-Cowboy (and not as awesome) mug.

Dad Needed help picking his raffle winnings, so little Zanna and her Cuz helped out. (It was quite the take home for the Lopez family this year in the raffle if you couldn't tell.)

Finally, we had to take at least one shot of the absolute cuteness that is Zanna in an outfit picked out completely by Dad...in my defense, a dirty pillowcase couldn't eliminate the cuteness of that child. :)

Dont miss her next year!!

Be my guest....player!

So, our not-so-little-anymore Zoey has gained the attention of some teams and was asked to guest play on the field with one of them. In order to get her some field time, we decided to let her guest play, and here are some recent pictures from the past 2 games she has played.

Just a little pre-game shoot around.

That poor girl never stood a chance.

This is going on the back of her soccer card...do they have those?

Breaking some poor girl's ankles.

By the way, this post was dedicated to "more Zoey". :-)

There should be more soccer shots come mid-November, so stay tuned Little Buddy.

Lightning McZanna Rides!!

Zanna got her first trike today. She picked it out at Target as an out of the box mark down, and rode it all the way to the check out.

She then proceeded to ride it when we got home. Her feet can't reach the pedals yet, but that didn't stop her.

By the way, that squeal at the end is Suzanna. Also, I realize that it has been so long since I posted, that a slew of you are unaware of the fact that she is running now...sorry. I'll try to update a little more often now that our internet connection has been kicked up a notch.

I know, I know...it's been a while.

So I realize that it has been forever since we updated this thing, and as you know, when I do update after a long hiatus, I like to let the pictures speak for themselves...
